Had deluxe queen room with wake-up service available in it. A mini-bar, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card worked well and the bed was comfy. The staff were decent and cooperative all the time of my stay.

I stayed in a Beautiful Twin Room for 6 nights and the beds were super comfy! Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh. Just a heads up, walls are kind of thin, so I heard some noise from the neighbors, but overall the room was cozy. The view was nice too.

Recommend it for family get togethers

The food was very delicious and the staff treated us with a special touch . And Shan, the senior staff member, was friendly and helpful while we arranged our gathering.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

The beds are comfortable. The housekeeping is great, with daily service that ensures everything is pristine. Staff were not only friendly but also accommodating, particularly with cultural food requests which were met with enthusiasm. The city view from the room was fine.
